Actually Futa, Dwarven Hand Cannon is one of, if not the best DPS weapons until Rhok'Delar, and beyond that it is 3rd to any weapons in BWL. So having it is infact an important aspect for a new hunter. And 310 agility isn;t too bad but not great. Hit and Crit % are more important.

That being said this is still a bad application. We turn down far better ones regularly.
